Por qué el Adobe Export PDF, annual que he adquirido no funciona

He intentado exportar varios documentos pdf a doc y no me funciona el programa.

Quiero saber ¿por qué? y como solucionar este problema. Si no quiero que me devuelvan el dinero y buscaré otro exportador de archivos que si que funcione.

Sorry to hear the inconvenience caused.

When you say the program doesn't work for you. Does it mean that, while using the Export pdf function its not converting the files for you or there is a problem in the format after conversion?

Export PDF subscription can be access online via- https://cloud.acrobat.com/  or through the desktop application Adobe Acrobat Reader DC- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

If you are using the service via web browser, the you may check with a different browser once.

If it doesn't make any changes, then let us know the exact workflow that you follow.

Buenas:

Ya parece que funciona, creo que el problema ha sido que al utilizarlo por

primera vez no cargaba bien los datos del pdf. Ahora he conseguido exportar

algún documento aunque como se puede ver en el archivo que adjunto, no

exporta todo el contenido de forma exacta.
