Pretty basic for a paid subscription.

We have Acrobat XI Pro Subscription Edition and pay $19.99 per month.

I need to know everything about this subscription.

How can I change the password and original e-mail address ID?  (That person is no longer with the company.)

I have used Adobe Acrobat before and it was a really nice version. I could do all kinds of things with it, but this one does virtually nothing.

Can I insert page breaks?  Where are all of the Thumbprints and fancy gadgets?

I see the Heading on the page says "Adobe Reader" (See below.).  Shouldn't it say Adobe Acrobat?

Am I in the wrong place?

Don't you get a manual with your subscription do you don't have to do this time consuming forum?

Should we cancel the subscription?  (We have eight more months to go on it.)

Is there anyone I can actually speak to on the telephone for some direct help???  It seems like all of the "Help" is virtual.

Thank you to anyone who can answer my questions.

Hi Sam,

I'd like to assist!

It does sound like you may be in the wrong place. As the Acrobat Plus subscription you describe has the exact same functionality as Acrobat XI Pro.

Would you mind providing the original email (not password) of the former employee so I can investigate for you?

Or if you prefer you are welcome to call customer service as you request above: 800-833-6687

In the meantime you will find the information you seek on the link above, here is an FAQ as well.

Looking forward to hearing back from you!

Regards, Stacy
