I just got Acrobat DC v21 and am having a strange issue with printing to .pdf.
In the previous version, I could hit "Print" then choose Print to .pdf" and when the next dialogue box would pop open (The box where you choose the folder to save the file), the document/file name would show the
"File name:". Now it is blank and I have to name the file myself. I won't get into the lengthy explanation as to why I have to print to .pdf except to say that I work with legal docs. Might this be a configuration issue?

Thank you for reaching out and sorry about the trouble.
As you have mentioned above, the file name does not appear in the "Save as" box. Would you mind sharing the screenshot of the window? Also, share the exact steps you do to create PDF.
Share the Acrobat and OS versions on the machine.
Did you try creating PDFs directly from the Acrobat application? If not, try and check if you experience any issues.
