Hi ejar,

Please tell us a bit more, so we can help figure out what's going on. Are you getting an error message? Or do you just not get any output?

Best,

Sara

Good Evening Sara!

Thanks for responding so promptly! I am trying to print an article as a PDF and save it to a folder. I have not received a dialog box that allows me to name the document and save it to a file.

Peace,

EJAR

Hi EJAR,

I hope you had a great weekend. What version of Acrobat do you have? What application are you printing to PDF from?

Best,

Sara

Good Afternoon Sara!

I had a great weekend! I trust you did as well.

I am running Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, the latest version, installed August 7. I was trying to print from and online newspaper article to my Cute PDF. I did not receive a dialog box that allows me to rename the document, if necessary, and save it to a specific folder. I found a work around though, by saving it to Microsoft Print to PDF. This work around creates another step because it will save it to my Documents Folder on the hard drive. Now, I have to copy or cut and paste the PDF to the desired folder.

Peace,

EJAR

Thanks for that update! Acrobat Reader doesn't allow you to create PDF files, so the issue would be with CutePDF, not with Reader DC. Have you tried printing to CutePDF from a different Windows application? If you don't have the latest version of CutePDF, it does look like their most recent version is "Windows 10 ready," so it may be worth updating from their website: http://www.cutepdf.com/Products/CutePDF/writer.asp.

Best,

Sara
