printing monthly invoice

when i click on the print icon to print my monthly invoice, a blank page opens but the file never appears

Hi Carlaw,

Could you let us know the application you are printing from- Adobe Reader/Adobe Acrobat/ Web Browser?

Have you tried printing from other applications like MS Word, does that work?

Hi

Web browser is only option for opening invoice (I use firefox) but your email gave me an idea so I tried in chrome and the invoice opened thanks. Is there any way I can get the monthly invoice to be sent to me via email?
