Printing Problem

Cannot print. Message received is "There were no pages selected for printing,"

Hi gemini foong,

Please try the following:

1. Open the file in Reader or Acrobat.

2. Choose File > Print.

3. Select Adjust to Fit, if necessary.

4. Click Advanced to open the Advanced Print Settings dialog box.

5. Choose Print as Image and then click OK to save that setting.

If that doesn't work, please let us know what you're printing from (application and version), whether you're on Mac OS or Windows, and what you're printing to. It will also be helpful to know whether you're able to print other PDF files, or are just running into trouble with a specific file.

Did as advised but no go. Same problem.

PC running on Win 7, print file from thumbdrive. All PDF files could not be printed.

Wondering whether reinstalling Acrobat Reader XI will help.

Tried but problem still persists, ie cannot print.

Thinking of reformatting hard disk but not sure if problem will be solved.
