Bonjour,

Lorsque que je demande la conversion d'un PDF en word, ADOBE READER affiche systématiquement : Erreur de transfert.
Le fichier n'est pas converti.

Par contre, lorsque je ferme le logiciel, il m'indique : voulez-vous continuer un fichier est en cours de conversion.
Mais rien ne se passe.

Merci de l'aide que vous pourrez m'apporter.
