Hi scottc17,

I‌ would recommend you to clear your browser history and then try accessing the service again.

Please let me know if the issue persists.

Regards,

Rahul

Hi scottc17,

Which toolbar are you referring to?

Anyways, your resume pdf file will only contain the data you have entered and not any toolbar, once it is posted to any external Job site.

Regards,

Rahul

The tool bar on the right margin that allows you to create, convert....the document also remains in editable mode so the recipient can change the document.

Hi scottc17,

The toolbar is part of the Acrobat software package and is available to anyone and everyone who has acrobat installed on their machine, so its not something that is attached to your resume.

You can password protect your document to restrict changes. Please refer this KB document for more information: Securing PDFs with passwords

Regards,

Rahul
