Problem in downloading converted documents

Hello, since yesterday,  I cannot retrieve the converted documents on my computer. I have not been on acrobat pdf services for a few weeks, and from what I gather, my converted document in on the cloud, but I want it on my compu. and I do not know what to  do. I can see it, as well as all the last 50 converted documents, I can tick the corresponding boxes, but nothing happens when I click on the dowload sign below. Can someone help please? Could you please share the exact workflow you do to download the files.

Are you using Adobe desktop application or you using online link to view files in Document Cloud?
