When I click the "Convert" button in AdobeExport PDF, I get sent to the "Pricing | Export" Page ("Don't retype it. Easily convert it to Microsoft Word"), with no option to login, but I already have an account. What am I doing wrong?

As I per the description above, I can understand that you are getting a message/page to subscribe again for Adobe ExportPDF service again, Is that correct?
As per the records, you have an active subscription of Adobe ExportPDF on your Adobe ID. Please refer and try the troubleshooting steps from the following KB doc Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud...
