Problem with calculation tab in Acrobat DC Pro Prepare Form mode

Acrobat DC Pro keeps hanging when I click on the Pick Function on then Field Properties Calculate Tab. I keep losing what I've done!

Hey dougw8975,

Please let me know what version of OS you are using.

Also, let me know which form field's properties you are opening. Remember, Calculate tab appears in the Properties dialog boxes for only text fields and drop down boxes.

You might try repairing Acrobat from the Help menu and check again.

I am using Windows 8.1 on my laptop.

I am using a text field with a number format.

I've already tried repairing Acrobat but no joy.

I have been in contact with Acrobat Support via their Chat Support facility. Two support people (On separate chat sessions) were not able to solve the issue, so now I am waiting for another support person to whom it has been escalated, to get back to me - hopefully tomorrow.

Definitely a bug.
