Recently renewed my subscription for Adobe Export PDF and trouble shooting with a representative from Adobe, still getting an error message (Unable to Send Message) when trying to email a pdf document. Went through the process of signing in and out and checking the firewall and still the error message comes up saying "Your message was unable to be sent. Please check your network connectivity and try to send again. (Error: 5.20 rTnT1y0035NN3FG01TnTBA Message identified as SPAM - Please visit http://charter.com/postmaster E5110)

Hi Peterr,
We apologize for the delay in response to your query.
You have mentioned about receiving error message "Unable to Send Message" while emailing a PDF file. Emailing the PDF file has nothing to do with the Export PDF subscription you have purchased.
"Adobe Export PDF is an online Adobe Document Cloud service. With it, you can easily turn PDF files into editable Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and RTF (Rich Text Format) documents."
If you are sending the PDF using the Email option available within the desktop application and receiving the error, then you may try the troubleshooting steps suggested below -
