Problems exporting to excel

New Here ,
Feb 27, 2014 Feb 27, 2014

When exporting into excel, some parts of the spreadsheet come out fine while others are not formatted properly.  The columns don't line up and some cells have ####### in them.

Hi Robert,

I'd like to assist! Please allow me to gather a bit more information.

Was your document in Excel format prior to conversion?

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Kind regards, Stacy

The document in question has client sensitive data so we are trying to find another one that is having the same issue.

Thank you for your help and your patience,

Robert <removed by admin>

Not a problem, Robert!

I will wait to hear back from you. Although I assure you I do not look at the contents and always respect privacy. I delete the documents sent to me once complete. Even those that are not sensitive.

Also - please be careful posting your full information (email signature) when you reply. These are public forums. Your information is likely sensitive as well.

Looking forward to hearing back from you!

Sincerely, Stacy

Stacy,

I just sent you an e-mail with two files attached, EXCEL & PDF.  When the Converter sees a Column with too long a name it puts in in the next row.  Also, the two amount columns Spent, & Received are not formatted as numbers. !
