Trying to convert a PDF to PPT using Adobe PDF Pack.  Getting a message saying source file (PDF) is not an option.  I just purchased PDF Pack for the sole purpose of converting PDF to PPT. and I have just and images

Could you confirm how exactly you are using your Adobe PDF Pack service? Is it through the web browser or desktop application Adobe Reader DC?

Adobe PDF Pack is an online service that you can use online via  https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf or

You can also use the services through free desktop version of Adobe Acrobat  Reader DC- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

You just need to “Sign In” using the email address under which you have subscription registered.
