programa de conversão para excel não reconhece algumas linhas do relatório

Tenho um extrato do serviço de pedágio Sem Parar e todo mês preciso converter isso para o excel, sendo que no relatório possui algumas linhas na cor cinza e na conversão o programa não reconhece as informações dessas linhas, alguém conhece alguma solução para esse problema?

Hi Tiagoc, 

Are you experiencing this issue with one of the Excel file created from PDF or all? If you are doing the conversion online via Adobe Document Cloud  then you may try it via desktop application Adobe Reader DC

  • For testing purpose, check with different file and see the conversion result.
  • Try the conversion via desktop app Open Reader>Export PDF>Excel

Note: Converting one file format to another is always tricky. It's very likely that the final results will differ somewhat from the original
