Do you need to "edit" in the sense of changing the existing content of the document, or is it a form that you need to fill out?

Either way you can get help with PDF/forms in the Acrobat forums, these are the specific forums for Forms and Security:

Thanks,

Josh

Should I put this onto another forum or community?  I need to send this document out fast and I am not sure what to do?

It is changing some of the existing text that is in there.  It is for a medical office that I just started working at and I really do not want to ask anybody, but might have to bow down and do so.

Usually these forums there are some pretty sharp people in them, hopefully somebody can come up with an answer.

Yes, someone should.  Try the Acrobat forums I pointed you to.
