Publish Comments is not showing to my reviewers. HeLp!!!

I have a catalog that I send out to various people using the Shared Review option. I use acrobat.com / workspaces and they make their edits and click "Publish Comments" and it has worked great. That is, UNTIL NOW. I tried using Acrobat 9, 10 and 11 to no avail. It appears to be working fine on my end, but when my reviewers get the automated message telling them they are invited to review the pdf, the "Publish Comments" button is no where to be found. I can see it on my pdf, but no one else can. What gives? This has worked in the past and now suddenly it is not. Please help as I have a catalog that I need to send out to many reviewers and until I can get this resolved I am at a standstill. Thank you for any help you can provide.

Are they getting the Acrobat.com sign in dialog on opening the file? If yes, then ensure that the reviewers sign in with valid credentials.

If any reviewer cancels this dialog without signing in then he will not be able to Publish/check commnents.
