Publisher to PDF

my publisher file is not converting to a PDF.  It uploads but does not convert.   seems as if it is "timing out"

You probably answered your own question.

Try either converting it on your computer (if you have a windows version of publisher, it should be built in with a pdf converter), or divide the document in pieces in upload it.

Computers aren't quite always so all-powerful - at least, not yet.
