If I were to make a film on how to use the editing tools in Adobe PDF:s, would it be legal to publish this film on Youtube or do I need some permission from Adobe?

Yes, exactly, a help video on editing PDFs in Acrobat. Editing specifically for helping authors, editors and typesetters in their communication regarding final proofreading before sending PDFs for publication. I’m sure Adobe has several help videos already, but it would be a short video serving this specific situation.
