I've subscribed to convert files from PDF to Word.  Quality of conversion is so bad that I want to cancel subscription.  I've tried to access chat through the "contact us" but just end up in the same loop.  How can I resolve this?

Hey Madeleinea,

In addition to what "try67" has shared.

As you have mentioned about the quality of conversion, which is not up to the mark. I assume you are referring to a specific pdf file or does it happen with all the pdfs that you convert?

The quality of converted document depends on the quality of the PDF file you start with. You may check with a different pdf file and see if the result is same?

For more information, you may go through the- Text is garbled in a converted file | Adobe Export PDF

If that doesn't help and you are willing to cancel the subscription, then you can refer to the help document shared above- Cancel your membership or subscription | Adobe Acrobat, Document Cloud PDF services

Regards,

Akanchha
