I have an issue with the PDFs I am sending being too light to be read by the receiving party.  Any advice as to how to fix this problem?

Hi katiwampus,

(Great user name, btw!).

This is a new one on me--are you saying that the PDFs are "washed out" in effect? Does your recipient have any trouble viewing other files--specifically PDFs that originated elsewhere? If the PDFs look fine on your system, I would suspect an issue on the repicient's system (not an issue with the PDF files). If you'd like, I'd be happy to took at your files myself, and see if I'm seeing the same thing. Let me know, and I'll send you a private message  with my email address so you can contact me directly (the forums don't accept attachments.)

Best,

Sara

Dear Sara,

Sorry it took so long to get back with you.  This is a new problem with more than one computer in my office, so I think it originates with my side.  I will try and contact you next week by sending a PDF.

Thanks,

Katrina
