"conversion failure" message

I keep getting a "conversion failure" message when trying to combine pdf files from my computer.  It worked fine the first few times after starting a paid subscription, now not at all.  Any suggestions?

I having the same issue. Previous comments show this happened last year as well.

Hi Roger,

Does the error occur regardless of what files you try to combine? If you're converting a large group of files, please try converting in smaller batches to see if you have narrow down the problem to a specific file or files.

If you are able to pinpoint specific files that cause the error, please let us know more about those files (how large they are, what created them, and so on).

Other basic troubleshooting includes clearing the browser cache, or logging in via a different web browser.
