I have to agree Adobe has the worst possible customer support. I have paid for my subscription to Adobe Export, but each time I try and use it, it asked me to pay again. I have now been on hold and or discussions with Adobe and no one seems to able to figure this out. Terrible product and even worse service!

Adobe Export PDF https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/help/using-exportpdf.html is an online service that you can access via web browser- https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf
You can also use the services through free desktop version of Adobe Reader- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions
2-You just need to “Sign In” using the email (Adobe ID) under which you have subscription registered.
4- Please ensure that you are working with Adobe Reader DC not Acrobat DC to access PDF Pack and "Signed In" using correct email.
For any troubleshooting, refer to- https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-8841

Akanchha

What a senseless occupation to be an Adobe customer support representative in India. It seems like a game they've been trained to play with Adobe's supposed valued customers. The Sales teams will say, "Oh, it sound like you have a login problem, let me connect you with a specialist." Then the account login specialist says "Happy to help, but you need to speak with a sales representative." I've been bounced between these farcical referrals several times before giving up in utter frustration. Or simply left hanging mid chat. Or being abandoned by the Adobe rep. Zero customer respect.
