I have to agree Adobe has the worst possible customer support. I have paid for my subscription to Adobe Export, but each time I try and use it, it asked me to pay again. I have now been on hold and or discussions with Adobe and no one seems to able to figure this out. Terrible product and even worse service!

I have looked into your account information, and found that the Adobe Export PDF subscription is registered to your account but its not active. There seems to some issue with the payment which is causing trouble accessing the services.

We request you to follow the instructions suggested below and contact our billing support team. They would go ahead and fix the payment issue.

1- Refer to the link Contact Customer Care

2- Select Account issue

Adobe Export PDF https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/help/using-exportpdf.html is an online service that you can access via web browser- https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

You can also use the services through free desktop version of Adobe Reader- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

2-You just need to “Sign In” using the email (Adobe ID) under which you have subscription registered.

4- Please ensure that you are working with Adobe Reader DC not Acrobat DC to access PDF Pack and "Signed In" using correct email.
