The Adobe order of Adobe PDFpack is placed on your current Adobe ID which you have used to login on Adobe forums, you can view and download the itemized receipt with the Adobe ID on which you have placed the order, log in to Adobe.com with your current Adobe ID and password, then navigate to Plans and Products section, click Manage Plan. In the Plan Information section, select View transaction history.
Within the transaction history, select the Order number whose invoice you want to print and click View Invoice.
Select View Invoice and choose Print Out. Or you can download the invoice and can email it to other email address.
You may also refer to Print a payment receipt or invoice
Print a copy of the invoice for your Adobe Creative Cloud subscription.

Hi -
these instructions only point to an invoice. Nowhere on that invoice does it say that the charge was paid, or how. I need a receipt to expense.

Just wanted to add that for our business, we also need a receipt that shows proof that a CC is charged, not invoice. A bit misleading to have links that talk about receipts when they are not receipts. Will contact customer service, but there should be an automated option via our accounts, or an email receipt sent out.

3 years later and I find this comment because I just had this issue today... The fact they make you go through customer service for a receipt is insane, and to see this has been a common issue for years? I question their intensions with this. I had to spend like 45 minutes getting connected to and speaking to customer service to be told that If I want a receipt every month then I'll need to contact customer service every single time. I've also noticed that all their reps will try to push the invoices instead of answering relevently or providing the reciept which is very odd.
