Refund Help?

Hi, I have been trying to contact customer service to cancel this subscription. How can i get help with this?

Did sent an email in response to the confirmation email.

HI, I would like a refund and to cancel this Adobe subscription. This tool is not able to do what i thought it would.

I do see that you placed an order for an Acrobat Pro subscription on September 5. I'm unable to cancel it myself, but a Customer Care Agent should be able to take care of that quickly for you.
