I purchased an in app subscription to create a PDF in my Adobe files but then within minutes realized that all I had to do was change the save as type and save to my adobe document cloud to share. I would like a refund of the $9.99 that was charged to my account. I have already cancelled the subscription so that there will be no future charges. I do not have a need or intention to use the create a PDF subscription and appreciate any consideration you can afford me on this matter. The purchase was less than and hour ago. Please advise of you need me to forward emails of confirmation, cancellation etc. Thank you very much.
