I have been going round and round in circles this morning trying to contact Customer Care to arrange a refund. I ordered Adobe ExportPDF yesterday and tried exporting 2 documents. Once they were exported they still needed a lot of tweaking so I tried "Take a Snapshot" instead in Adobe Reader and that worked fine for me. Therefore, I'm trying to get a refund.
I can't for the life of me contact Customer Care - I keep being taken to the same spot. When I click "Cancel Annual Subscription" I'm advised "to cancel your annual subscription, contact us" and I'm taken back to the beginning again. Very frustrating!!
Does anybody know what else I can do, please?
