Hello all

I have a problem and I hope you can help me. I want to replace a file, which I already released. The released link I sent to several clients. After finding a mistake in the file, I have to replace it. But I don't want to send a new link to the clients. Is there a possibility? The file is on Document Cloud.

Thanks!

Yes. Make sure the new file has the same name as the old one and then upload it into the same folder under DC.

You'll be presented with this dialog:

Make sure the first option is selected (as it is by default) and then the new version will replace the old one and the old links should point to it automatically.
