reset password

Hello,

When we tried to log into www.createpdf.com and the password has expired.  A message says that an e-mail has been sent to our inbox and we need to reset the password.  We have received the message, but, it is all in Chinese, or encrypted.  I cannot understand any of it.  There is a link that I click on and it let me reset the password.  I have now successfully logged on to www.createpdf.com.  I am, however, still feeling uneasy. Is this normal for Adobe to send such a strange e-mail?
