Saving as other name doesn't go along...

I pressed save as other name. but, it doesnt' work.

saving popup appears, but it covered with white color....

is there anyone can resolove this?

anyone that knows the way of solution.

As the description given above, that the "Save As" box is coming up blank. In order to resolve this problem you may follow the troubleshooting steps as suggested in the forum thread mentioned below-

"save as" pop up box does not allow me to save the document.
