Saving files

I just want to save my government pdf files, but I keep getting sent back to the subscibe screen.  How many times do I have to pay the subscription fee to get this service to work?

There is no charge for saving files to your account at Acrobat.com. Are you trying to save them from Adobe Reader or are you simply trying to upload them via a web browser?  If you could provide details as to exactly what you are doing, it will allow us to better assist you.
