A lot of times, I have 3 or more, sometimes 10, PDF's that I need to File/Save as to the same folder which is a sub-folder of a sub-folder of a sub-folder. Is there a way to do File/Save As DIRECTLY TO THAT SUB-FOLDER??

Hi beverly11,

If you have Acrobat Pro, you can use the Action wizard to create an action that saves to a particular folder.

  1. Choose Action Wizard on the Tools pane.
  2. Click Create New Action.
  3. Click Save and Export, and then click Save.
  4. Click the + arrow to add to the Action to the panel on the right.
  5. Click Save on the right panel, and choose Save to Local Folder from the pop-up menu.
  6. Specify the subfolder that you want to save your files into. Click Choose.
  7. Click Save to save the action, then give the action a name.

To run the action, you choose it from the Action menu on the Tools panel.

I hope that helps!

Best,

Sara
