Seeking info on "Adobe Convert PDF" program

There is a post here https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat/adobe-convert-pdf-plan-can-i-edit-scanned-in-documents-with-t... from a user whose Adobe account shows "Adobe Convert PDF".There are screen shots to show this. They would like info on the capabilities of the program. But I can find no info whatever on a program by this name. Not Export PDF, not PDF Pack (and not priced the same as either one). Any insights?
