Why when i e mail a doc. to someone they can't work with it or can't change anything in it?

Hi detroitjoe

if you're sending a PDF Document to someone. Then other person need Adobe Acrobat to make changes in the document.

If they are using Adobe Reader, then they can only view the document and can't make any changes.
