i purchased the software online, where can I find my serial # on Adobe.com

I've checked your account. It looks like you've just subscribe to Acrobat Pro. Since you've purchased a subscription, no serial number is required. After you've downloaded and installed Acrobat, you just need to log in to use it (logging in with your Adobe ID and password is all that's necessary to activate your software.)
