You can (if you subscribe to full Acrobat) set a "do not print" security, but mostly only Adobe products respect this. Most PDF viewers will print it anyway, so it isn't worth the effort. And anything you share can be copied and reshared immediately. This is the world we live in... There are systems called DRM which aim to check the identity of everyone opening the file and track it. Unless you have a budget in 5-6 figures, and a server to run software on, to be administerd 24/7, these don't figure.
