Sharing documents and restricting to a 1 time download

Is anyone able to advise if I can share a document via Adobe and restrict the download capability to 1 time only? 

i.e. I would like to send a training manual to a customer and have it 'dissappear' once it has been downloaded.   I understand that we cannot restrict what they do with it after that, but i want the original link to vanish once downloading is complete.

There are as many ways to do that as there are technology stacks to use. What programming languages do you have experience with?

Hi Joel,

Not any.  I was wondering if this was something that could be done using Adobe and apps somehow.  

Sounds like I won't get away with the easy solution I was looking for.

No such option is available in the Adobe Document Cloud, as far as I know.
