Signing in problem!

I know this sounds awfully stupid, but when I try to sign into my account, and click the sign in, nothing happens.  Am I doing something wrong?  I am not used to this one computer, so maybe something is wrong with it.  I fill out the information, hit the send link, and then it asks me to subscribe.  I have already paid for my subscription.  But when I go to the Acrobat.com page, it allows me to sign in and recognizes me.

Where exactly (the URL) are you signing in?

Do you see a message bar at the top of the browser that indicates something is being blocked?

Have you tried a different browser, such as Google Chrome or Firefox?
