Question

Signing multiple pages of a document by one click

Hello everybody!

I am inquiring about the Adobe version that allows to Sign at a time multiple pages of a Document.

Say there is a 500 pages document, each page of which needs to be signed by one click.

Could you please advise if this is possible?

And if, yes, which version is capable of doing so: is it Adobe Acrobat Standard or Adobe Acrobat Pro?

Thank you in advance,

Hi @Georgiy31577141815e

Hope you are doing well.

Adding a signature to all the pages of a PDF file is not possible directly because signature files cannot be duplicated across the pages like any other text filed or data filed.

As an alternative or workaround, can add a simple text field and duplicate across pages. Keep the same name of each field. And rather than having an actual signature, you can use your complete name to fill in.

That would reflect in all the fields in one go.

Hello Akanchha,

Thanks for your response.

Is there a resource where I could see which version, Adobe Acrobat Standard or Adobe Acrobat Pro, can perform the workarounf solution?

Best wishes,

Georgiy.

Hi Georgiy31577141815e,

The workaround can be done in the latest version of  Adobe Acrobat Standard or Adobe Acrobat Pro.

You may also use the Acrobat trial to check if the workflow suits you.

Please download the free trial version from this page: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/download-install-acrobat-trial.html

Check if that helps.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
