i signed up for acrobat pro and it still does not let me digitally sign my pdfs.

when I go to Adobe Acrobat online it says it will sign docs BUT:

1) it does not save the signature and

2) it does not bring in my entire document...such as a 2 page doc only has the first page showing.

what the heck am i paying for?????

What website are you using when you say you go to "Adobe Acrobat online"?  The URL or a screen shot would help.  The "signing" tool in https://cloud.acrobat.com is "Fill & Sign" is not a paid service (Acrobat Pro subscription not required to use the site) but it also is not "digital signatures" in the traditional sense.  It does enable you to sign documents using Type, Scribble, or by importing an image of a signature, this is not the same as a "digitally signed" PDF but can be used for many things.

Knowing more about which site you are using (was it Fill & Sign?) I can assist further.

Thanks,

Josh

Hi Elizibeth;

I'd be happy to help clarify what I can about what the subscription you purchased includes and what you could use to accomplish what you are trying to do.

If you want to cancel you can go to this page to manage your subscriptions, make sure you sign in with the same email you used to sign up: https://www.adobe.com/account/my-products-services.html#MyServicesHeader

Thanks,

Josh

thanks Josh but I do not see where I "cancel".  it shows it as an annual

with auto renewal which I do not ever sign up for auto renewal of

anything...not sure what happened there.

how do I cancel or am I stuck with the annual.  if so how do I stop the

auto renewal?  it only lets me change my card number not cancel entirely.

As far as I know all of the subscriptions are either monthly or yearly and auto-renewal is part of the subscription and it will remain active until you cancel.

I'm not in a position to assist with your membership, you should be able to turn off the automatic renewal from the subscriptions page.  Since that isn't working you can try a few different avenues for support:

Contact Customer Care

You can also call 1 (800) 833-6687

Either of those should be able to get that resolved for you.

Thanks,

Josh

Bear in mind that Acrobat Pro is an app (program) to install on your desktop. Installing it gives you a new program and lots of new things including signing. it does NOT change acrobat.com in any way.

If the eSigning on the website account is not a proper digital signature it is worthless garbage.  Just a scam to get you to sign up.  Very annoyed.  Adobe used to offer free signature certificates - now it is just junk.

Hi Alan,

Thank you for reaching out.

If you refer to adding a digital signature via the Acrobat Online account, the options are not available on the online account.

You may share your suggestion/ feedback about this with the team by filling out the following form: https://acrobat.uservoice.com/forums/590923-acrobat-for-windows-and-mac.

I hope the information helps.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
