I initially subscribed to the monthly payment plan on September 4th, and I kept getting the "continue trial" version pop-ups, which are annoying and frustrating enough. I have been very busy at work and haven't had a chance to check, but made sure there was enough funds on my credit card for the next monthly installment. Tonight I got a pop-up message that my trial was expired and for me to purchase, so I figured, well the first download screwed-up and set up a trial version, so I subscribed again. Now I have two subscriptions and can't get either to update correctly, as I still cannot use acrobat, and because of a system flaw of adobe, I'm being held hostage to correct something that I shouldn't have to, as it's their service. WTF....really pissed and frustrated
