When creating a form and adding fields, I have a specific list of people that the form field will require their attention. Is there a way to have those names/emails stay with the form?
Right now every time this form is sent out for signature, I must continually go through the process of re-adding the same people to the same form in the same location via "Request Signature". This would be fine say if I need to change a specific field however in this example out of 8 individuals, only one would be required to change in the routing.
This redundancy is a nuance that could be remedied if when one is creating the form that requires said signatures, you can add that person's email directly into the properties of the field making it static to that document. And if need be through the "Request Signatures" you can easily change the ones that need changing.
If this exists where would I be able to find it? Because that would be an incredible update as well as adding the option to add "Initial" fields in the design process since we have Signature Field/Block. I know that in Docusign that's in the initial build of a form without having to add it when routing for signatures.
