Hi Rochelle02,
The PDF files are attachments to emails? Are you able to save the attachments to your hard disk, and then convert them to by logging in to https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf?
Best,
Sara

Hi Rochelle02,
You have an active Adobe PDF Pack subscription, which allows you to convert PDF files to Word format. To convert your files you log in to https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password.
Are you trying to send files using Adobe Send? I don't see that you have an account for that.
If you're trying to email from another, non-Adobe application, and are unable to, you would need to contact the manufacturer of your email client.
Best,
Sara

I had no problems before just sending from Adobe export PDF to Microsoft word using the convert button but now it comes up “an error occurred while trying to access the service” WHY?

Hi Rochelle02,
Are you converting from the ExportPDF website, or from within Reader?
If you're using a web browser, please clear the browser cache and try again. Or try a different browser (see System requirements | Acrobat.com for a list of supported browsers). If you're using Adobe Reader, please choose Help > Check for Updates and make sure that you have the most current version. The most current version is Reader 11.0.09.
Best,
Sara
