Subscribed to Adobe PDF Pack, but still can't convert PDF to JPG/PNG

I recently subscribed to the Adobe PDF Pack because I needed to convert PDFs to picture files like JPEGs.  However, though I can convert to Word files, the option to convert to picture files is simply not there.  When I bought the pack, I made sure that functionality was included (it is checked off in the screenshot), so I'd like to know how I can do this.  Thank you.

Try exporting the PDF on a different browser like Firefox, or Safari or try clearing the cache and cookies of Chrome, and see if this brings any difference.

If you are using the free desktop version of Adobe Reader and get the error message, sign out and sign back in with your current Adobe ID and password in Adobe Reader DC and try exporting the PDF file.
