Subscribed to PDF Pack in october, and paid for 1 year, since it is useless to me I just subscribed to Acrobat Pro. What to do for refund earlier invoice 64.99 €

, I have a subscription for Adobe’s PDF Pack since October 2014.

Sorry to say that this is of microscopic use to me:

Before I ran Vista with a perfect working Adobe Pro 8
Since a few months, I run Windows 8.1;
It appears that PDF Pack is not compatible with Windows 8;
dragging files to the www-interface is of no help to me since I mostly want to print selections of xls-sheets and drawings.
Adobe Pro 8 is not compatible with Windows 8;

So I had to forget about PDF Pack and back / upgrade to Acrobat Pro.

Therefor my request to refund me the 64.99 €, billed with invoice IEE2014001172320 dated 07/10/2014 and paid per Visa.
