I purchased one subscription for Acrobat Pro and now I need to add additional subscriptions for other computers in our office. How do I do that?

Depending on how many users you're adding, you may want to look into Adobe's volume licensing options: http://www.adobe.com/volume-licensing.html.
Otherwise, you can purchase additional subscriptions for each person who needs one from this page: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat.html.

I purchased the one-year subscription option and when I access the second link, add the item to my cart and attempt to checkout I receive a message that says I already have access. How do I extend the subscription to additional users?
