Subscription problem

I already have an acrobat Premium subscription that I originally bought on my phone, I still use and pay for it and tried to use it on my laptop today whilst logged into the same account and it's telling me to start a free trial, I know it's the same account and can't find any other issues. Help would be appreciated as I use it for business and it's made me look a tad unprofessional for not being prepared.

Acrobat Premium is for mobile applications. If you are trying to use it on a desktop application, it will not work.

You will require an Acrobat subscription for the desktop application.
