Subscription problem

The subscription form will not allow my subscription to go through. It has my correct info for address showing but it returns and error message that says my address and account information are incorrect. What can I do??????????????????

I see you have an active ExportPDF subscription. Were you trying (unsuccessfully) to sign up for another subscription?

For starters, please make sure that you're signed in to the Adobe Store for your region (where your credit card mailing address is). To check, look in the lower-left corner of Adobe.com. If you don't see the correct region selected there, click Change.
