Support PC vs MAC compatibility for installation of programs

Estimados todos,

Me comunico porque recientemente adquirí una cuenta de adobe acrobat digital pero creemos que la compramos para PC. La computadora que tengo ahorita se alenta mucho al abrir el paquete de programas por lo que me gustaría cambiar la computadora a MAC. ¿Quisiera saber si hay problema en que abra la cuenta en MAC o PC, o si compré para PC, si es problemático o imposible intentar abrirlo en MAC.

Estuve intentando comunicarme todo el día al módulo de ayuda pero nadie contesta. Adjunto mi mail.
