Hello there, I phoned sales today 2nd October 2014, roughly 13.50 UK time only to find the most incompetent sales assistant I have encountered. He kept interupting when I spoke, wouldn't let me finish and then cut me off and transferred me to the wrong request. I cannot find a customer service thing on here to register a complaint against him. I hope they record all calls and realise how he is stopping the company from earning thousands more pounds. Is the customer service always this bad? Such bad service must cost the company a lot of money.
